Have you every noticed, that when it comes to the government of God, it is upon one of His shoulders.
Isa 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
But, when it comes to the grace of God in salvation, we are upon both of His shoulders.
Luke 15:4 What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?
5 And when He hath found it, He layeth it on His shoulders, rejoicing.
