Technology is my shepherd. My spiritual needs, I know longer want.
It maketh me rest in the security of being in control. It leadeth me into the still waters of information. It restoreth my knowledge in the things of the world, and keepeth me from the study of God’s Word. It leadeth me in the paths of materialism for my need’s sake.
Yea, as I surf through the valley of the Internet, I will see much evil; for choice is with me; its entertainment and programs, they comfort me. It prepares a virtual table of reality that helps me escape in the presence of mine emptiness. It fills my head with desires which differ from those set forth in the Word of God; my credit card runneth over.
Surely independence and freedom from depending upon God will empower all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of spiritual weakness forever.
